Alford’s Pharmacy Staff
Dr. Kasey L. Alford, Pharm.D., R.Ph.
Hello! I was raised in Edmonson County and graduated from Edmonson County
High School in 2001, where I went on to graduate with my Doctor of Pharmacy
degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2007. A dream of
mine was to own my own pharmacy, and even
had a few opportunities to buy
various stores in the area. However, I knew my heart would always be in Edmonson
County, so I turned those opportunities down and chose to open my own pharmacy
in Brownsville. Thanks to God and our many supporting patients, my dream has
come true!
I married my beautiful wife, Stephanie, in December 2008, and we were blessed to welcome
our first child, Marlee, on August 31st, 2011. Stephanie graduated from Western
Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in 2003 and with
a Masters from Western as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2005.
We both take pride in supporting community functions and fundraisers to help serve others. We truly find great joy in simply helping people. Living Hope Baptist Church is where we are active members (and also where we met!), as well as where we lead a small group Bible study. We thank God for all our many blessings.

I am currently a student at Western Kentucky University pursuing a Bachelor’s and ultimately a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. I was born and raised in Edmonson County and graduated from Edmonson County High School in 2010. In August 2011, I was given the opportunity to join the Alford’s Pharmacy team and serve the residents of my hometown. I truly enjoy the opportunity to help our patients on a daily basis. The care and professionalism we show here at Alford’s Pharmacy makes me proud to be a part of this pharmacy. I have learned so much since becoming a member of this team, and I am eager to continue to serve the members of our community and neighboring communities.

I graduated from Western Kentucky University in December 2011, with a degree in Biology. I plan on attending medical school and then returning to Edmonson County to practice medicine here with the people I grew up with. I joined the Alford's Pharmacy team in early March 2012, and learned very quickly that customers always come first and everyone strives to make sure that your pharmaceutical needs will be met in a courteous and efficient manner.
